Ragers (Best) - Tekes, Sigma Chi, Zetes
Party Houses - Alpha Delts, AEPi, D-Chi, Fiji, Betas, Pi Kapps
Don't Party (Dry) - Phi Delt, Theta Xi, Sig Nu, Phi Tau, ATO, KA Order, K-Sigs, PKT

Any house not listed is between the 2nd and 3rd category, where they throw the occasional good party but are average in most cases. Thoughts?

Take Pi Kapp off (great fraternity, not a party house) and I'm fine with D-Chi being there as long as an asterisk is by their name for the pool
