Out of the two id pick sigep. Phi psi is definitely improving but sigep is more established socially, academically, with their nationals etc - great balance of guys and strong brotherhood. Phi psis a bit more try hard and it's easy to tell

love phi psi, they're honestly some of the nicest guys i've met in the gs. sig eps is rising faster than phi psi (if that matters) but they're known to just rush numbers. sig ep's physical house isn't too pretty but locations for both are pretty bad (super far away from everything)

Yeah the location isn't that bad. Just really far from the 17th sororities but not a bad location
