Top tier-
TKE, Sigma Chi, Fijis, Alpha delts,
Zetes-Not sure if they were able to get out of the mess.
(Have a lot going for them but tend to have a lot of duchebags).
Upper-Mid tier-
Pi Kapps, TDX, Chi Psi, Sig Eps, D Chis, Theta Chi.
(Have most things going for them. Could be the best fit for a person depending on personality ).
Middle tier-
SAE, Phi Psi, Psi U, Phi Pools, A sigs, Pike.
(Could be better BUT- Some of these houses care only about parties. They could really screw up your Academics. Others aren't that well respected in the GS).
Lower Middle-
ZBT, Phi Delts, Lambdas.
(Do good for themselves, could be part of Middle tier depending on subjectivity. Definitely not fair to put them as Bottom).
Bottom tier-
DU, Delts/DTD, Theta Xi, Phi Tau, Phi Kappa Theta, Sigma Nu, ATO, Kappa Sigma, KA Order.
(Have little to nothing going for them. Not worth rushing).
Again, tiers are subjective and definitely rush a house if you have friends in them. Join the house that you feel you fit in!!!!

This should answer your question:
Phi Psi- good house overall but they live in the shadows of Alpha delts, so they don't get the kind of attention they could otherwise get. Throw some great parties during the year but their regular parties suck.
A-Sigs- I've been there only once for a house tour but they are thrashed on by most houses, I don't know the reason. Maybe cuz of their zero- diversity. Buy seriously I've NEVER heard any other house talk good about them. One of the least respected house.
Phi Pools- only used for their pool. In middle tier only cuz of their pool or else would have been lower mid.
SAE - Focus only on parties, mostly at the cost of academics. Join only if ur sole goal in college is to party and are fine with getting terrible grades.
Psi U- One of my homies signed their fall PC, so I like em. They have a huge party room which eable them to throw Pentads every now n then but if its not a huge party then all their regular parties are boring. Their fall PC doesn't get along well, from what Ive heard.
PIKE- Good Parties, but from what I hear a lot of houses don't respect them. Honestly Ive never been here but one of my homies rushed them for almost a month and he said they were really "Pretentious". He said they were trying to give him a false impression of the house.

PIKE is far more respected than psi u or SAE literally what are you talking about
