ZETES because the brotherhood isn't cliquey, it's always a good time and their house is hella big and clean (with great food, my boy lets me eat there all the time lol). They pull awesome girls too.
Choose sigma chi if your top priority is partying with top house girls regardless of the quality of your living conditions and food. Sigchi is a little cliquey and the house is legendarily disgusting. I dated one for a quick month and couldn't stand going to his bunk, it was too nasty. The dudes also aren't as down to earth.
I would say TKEs are epic partiers too with a better brotherhood than sigma chi but their house is also dirty. If you're a go-hard party person trying to pick between EX and TKE I would pick TKE over sigma chi because they're about the same level of turntness except that TKE pulls a wider variety of girls (still top house girls all the time too) and TKEs have a solid brohood and super nice back yard.
