Is Sig eps a top house? I hear pretty bad rumors about them and that they get no respect here

Definitely not a top house. They get some attention because of the large member body, but that's about all they have going for them. Other fraternities don't really respect them since they are more of a club.

solid house, good grades & brotherhood. well rounded. definitely did well in rush this year so i can see them continuing to rise.

not so strong: GADs, chapter house appearance, more focus on hall/room parties, philanthropy could use vamping up, and flakiness + obviously trying harder this year. losing the old "nice guy" vibe they used to have (that pikapp/chi psi/theta chi have)
