Why are they a lower tier house? A lot of the girls are cute and I always see them at Zetes and Tekes parties

Just cause they go there doesn't mean they're welcomed lol. All the AXiD I've seen have been complete DAB's and their new PC Is straight up weird. The older girls not so much that's why I'm saying they're falling. Plus they recruited such a random group of girls that there's a lot of drama in the house & not a very good sisterhood.
