Are they a good house? I've heard a lot of bad rumors about them.

Yeah they're a pretty good house, there's a rumor from fall quarter about a girl who thought she got spiked by a dude who offered her a drink outside pikes house but that dude wasn't a pike so that rumor is completely fake but other frat guys love to mention it on this website. Pikes have some really nice guys and a good brotherhood
