give it to me straight rush chairs

Do rush chairs typically try and sign current freshman at the beginning or end or spring quarter? If they say they'll hit you up in a couple weeks is that just a polite rejection?

Current freshman are the priority at the beginning of the quarter. No now. It's time to rush high schoolers. If they said they'll hit you in a few weeks, they don't want you bruh

Usually some frats don't have rush events or have gaps between them so it's tough to know for sure
