Fiji - Reputation with sororities
Zetes - Douchiness
Alpha Delts - Sustaining their success
Tekes - Terrible grades
Sigma Chi - House cleanliness
Chi Psi - Parties (kinda)
Sig Eps - Poor brotherhood
TDX - A lot of flaws. Undersized, guys smoke too much weed, and house is somewhat dirty most of the time
D-Chi - Undersized, not very popular after September

Fiji- rep with other houses in general
Zetes- only focus is sleeping with girls
Alpha delts- small party room
Tekes- Overall house grades
Sigma Chi- some guys are really strange
Chi Psi- Social presence
Sig eps- lack of a brotherhood
TDX- too many and not worth the time to list
D-chi- lack of a social presence when the sun goes away
