I've never really understood how people rank houses. Zetes and SigEp seem almost identical, and same with Alpha Delts and Chi Psi. How do people really distinguish between houses like that?

You said Zetes and SigEps are identical? Are you blind haha I don't think SigEps does a single thing better than Zetes. Alpha Delts are also better than Chi Psi

I mean they both are always in the top 2 or 3 in grades, both have sizable house and big parties, and both are pretty well known and liked around the GS... So they are pretty similar.

SigEps does a lot better in philanthropy and campus involvement. Zetes are really only just good at sports and parties

Sig Eps is doing well but Zetes is one of the top houses for a reason
