Is there a clear top house at UW?

From what I can tell Fijis have the largest rep, Zetes are the most well rounded, and Sigma Chi are the best at parties

About a year ago, I would've said Betas but the 5 top houses now are all about on par with each other. None are above the rest

Alpha Delts, Zetes, Sigma Chi, Tekes, and Fiji are equals

Then Chi Psi, Pi Kapps, AEPi, and maybe Sig Eps are equally a notch below

Pretty much. Except definitely SigEps, and maybe Pi Kapps.
