Why is everyone hating on theta chi so much? Just because they've been improving doesn't mean everyone needs to bash them. They're doing damn well for their second year.

Actually I'm not. I'm in a top house, but I am just pointing out the truth. They have done a damn good job. The people who are butthurt (houses they are passing in ranking) should take notes.
