Can one guy gain the popularity in a fraternity to cause a house to rise in rank?

Not at UW but the guy who wins Mr. Greek has caused some boost in a lot of houses

I know a few houses who increased in social standing because a handful of guys. All it takes is to be an outgoing guy and take first steps. If you have well connected guy in your house you can increase popularity. All it takes is a handful of guys to get a handful of sorority girls to come over and slowly but surely they'll bring more and more of their sisters over. Assuming all goes well.
