I'm not trying to sound biased, but I don't think those two houses have thrown a bad party in years. The rest can have off nights once in a while, even Zetes has had a few letdowns.

I think Zetes, Tekes and Pi Kapps always have great parties! Alpha Delts are really good too. Honestly, I've had a good time at all of the 21st houses besides Phi Delts, & ZBT (Zetes, Alpha Delts, Tekes, Phi Psi, Sig Eps). Sigma Chi' is usually fun, but their last like 2 or 3 parties have not been good, and FIJI's are always just awkward. Asigs and AEPi are good too, and have cool guys!
