what houses are on the rise and which are on the fall?

TDX and Theta Chi are the two main rising houses. Other ones are climbing much slower. Delts and D-Chi are falling (or fell in Delts case). I don't know what's going on with DU either but they haven't been talked about at all this year

TDX is rising based on last year which isn't saying much since they got kicked off IFC, they're an average house. Theta Chi is basically a geed house and is stuck at their rank atm.

Alpha Delts and Zetes are two big houses that keep improving year by year. Theta Chi is smaller/not as prominent but they got cuties so that helps them more going up

The bigger rising houses are going to be Alpha Delts and Zetes, middle tier rising houses are TDX and Theta Chi

Alpha Delts made the climb from upper mid tier to top tier. TDX despite it's size has solidified it's place in the mid to upper mid tier range. Theta Chi is looking up, their location is a huge benefit for them, if they can recruit well they could become a top house. They're mid tier right now, kinda geedy and below TDX, but if they recruit well they could become a force due to their location.
