Since everyone is biased towards the house they are in or go over to, the IFC grade report is a pretty accurate indication of which houses actually are top and bottom. Generally the houses with more members and solid grades are the relevant ones.

The grade report for my house included people who had dropped. It's not completely accurate and grades are not an indication of what house does the best in parties lol.
