Tri Delts is a top house. They're more attractive than KDs, Pi Phi's and G Phis, and are probably on par with Thetas in terms of looks. Their only flaw is not being on 17th but they're still on 21st where most of the great frats are

This is pretty accurate. If they get another strong PC they'll be top but right now they're just on the brink

Tri Delt pc 14 is not as hot as everyone makes them out to be. Their upperclassmen may be more attractive, but, they are definitely not on par with some of the other top houses by any means
