Sororities don't fluctuate the way that frats do. For frats there's only 2-3 guys who are rush chairs so if they have good or bad ones can really help or destroy a house. Sororities on the other hand the entire house participates in rush so their recruited classes are generally a reflection of the entire house. Sororities don't throw parties so their only way to move up or down is during FFR.

DGs are on the rise, their PC looks way better than the top tiers. I have met them in parties and all of them are nice. They're good at philanthropy competitions as well.
Also I would say AZDs, they won first place in our Pike's Peak philanthropy, third place in Sigma Chi's Derby days, and first place in Phi Psi's philanthropy. They're doing a pretty good job in competitions tbh.
But for first place I would have to go for Pi Phis they're really stepping it up

DG's are pretty standard, and their PC is nothing compared to top tiers, even though they are nice. Rising houses based on the FFR would be Tri Delts and A Phis. These houses have truely stepped up their looks and are a lot more fun.

What philanthropies you win doesn't matter, AZD. Not a lot of sororities competed in Pike's and Phi Psi's, and you didn't get 1st in Sigma Chi's so you can't really brag about that
