Phi Pools is still crap and Psi U is still relatively small. Theta Chi is growing fast

I think Theta Chi has peaked at this point. They're not that good. TDX is getting up there

I doubt Theta Chi has peaked considering how new they still are. Phi Pools comes up during spring and summer but goes back down rest of the year. Psi U needs more guys and TDX hasn't changed much

Theta Chi has only been back for 2 years and the first year was just like recolonizing. They've only had 1 year of actual rush. They have a good house/location so maybe some day?

Those houses aren't that great. the fastest rising are theta chi, TDX, alpha Delts

Maybe Theta Chi, SAE and PhiPsi? I would say Alpha Delts has basically gone as high as they can. TDX is pretty much the same so I wouldn't say they're rising.

Psi U has really fun and chill parties, but they seem pretty secretive and selective. I don't think they are trying to be a huge house. Phi Pools has a pool? They have alright parties but they seem to end really early but they seem nice enough.

This is absurd. I'm a social chair and Psi U and Phi Pools are both garbage. Nobody wants to party with them. The only time people want to party with Psi U is if we are using them for their party room, and Phi Pools is only relevant during the summer, and even then the dudes are really weird so girls just use them. Fastest rising houses would probably be Alpha Delts, TDX, Zetes and Theta Chi. Alpha Delts and Zetes both made a big jump so far this year while TDX and Theta Chi are climbing from mid to upper mid tier.

Zetes and alpha delts have climbed a lot and are top now. Other houses that are rising are Theta chi, tdx, sae, phi psi. These are all middle tier houses that are getting significantly better. Bottom houses that are improving don't matter either. Every other house is stagnant or dropping
