It will take years. You might not see the rise start in your 4 (or less) years here.

It's always hard for a new house to rise. It will take time. How long it will take entirely depends on the girls in the house. You never know. They can never rise or they can even fail (for example, Delta Sigs).

New fraternity that tried to restart their chapter here last year. Heard a lot of their refounding members dropped and joined other houses after they couldn't get a house. Not sure where they are now.

I thought that d Sigs technically owned one of those houses with just a few guys in it across 47th from ADPi? Like Phi Kappa something?
