House qualities change over the course of a few years. Some houses are getting better, and some are getting worse. It also depends on who you talk to

Alpha Phis and Chi Os are chill, even if they're not "top 4. "

KDs and Chi O = best all around. Alpha Phis are good looking. Thetas are the top house based on history.
