Does anyone think they'll remain a "top" house even after restrictions on what they can do?

right now, yes. it's ridiculous how many girls are still at their parties every week.
plus they'll still have a social budget, just can't have parties at the actual house

BUT, I think recruiting guys is going to be a tough sell. A lot of frats have stepped up this year and idk how many guys would choose a house with social restrictions

Okay that makes more sense. Yeah Betas will at least be close to top after they return because of how established they are

It'll be interesting to see how things go. I feel like the first PC back will be very much make or break.

Very true. But it'll be tough to convince pledges that they'll continue to be a top house with the party/alcohol restrictions
