Rushed both houses. Signed neither. Psi U has some cool guys, but their parties are usually kinda lame. It's a house you want to be successful, but just isn't. The only time they're relevant is when top houses use them for their party room. The rush chairs at Delts make you think Delts is a top house, they're really not. They're upper low tier. About half their PC dropped, their house isn't close to at capacity right now. Delts has one of the cleanest/nicest houses in the GS, but they are kind of irrelevant.

psi u has a really good reputation with sororities. they tend to be low-key and quite secretive, but they have parties and events that are nice and different. a lot of potential there. delts is almost embarrassing and the parties i have been to there have been really odd and almost awkward.
