Just rush in the spring don't join a spring pc, you can get into a better house. All houses will rush in the spring and will sign you if they lke you. Then you can hang out there all the time to get away from the dorms and still end up in a better frat.

Plenty of good houses rush in the spring. Besides the "better frats" might not be the best for him.

Some houses will let you move in once u sign if you already go to uw
