do all members live in the sorority houses from freshmen year to senior year?

Not quite. It's up to you whether you want to live in or not, although it's strongly encouraged that you live in.

I'm pretty sure some sororities that have big houses like Aphi's and Chi O's require all members to live in (in order to afford the housing bill) but some houses that are smaller like AXID, and some others require seniors and some juniors to live out because they don't have enough space to accommodate too many people. So it all depends

at adpi you're basically required to live in all four years because they do so awful at recruitment that they need the numbers and their corp board is insanely greedy so they never let girls live out
