tell me about each top house

I'm trying to rush a good house to get the best college experience. From what I understand after talking to people and reading through the site the best houses are
-betas
-fijis
-sigma chi
-Tekes
-alpha delts
-Zetes
-aepi
-pikapps

With that being said can y'all tell me why each one of these housing are viewed as popular and what differentiates each one/makes them so good?

I heard pikapps is up there maybe not. Why is betas gone? Also which frat has the most events?

Betas is gone because they peed on their pledges and got caught, so they're no longer recognized as a fraternity. Pi Kapps just has a large body of membership and not much else going for it.

The real houses worth checking out are Sigma Chi, Alpha Delts, Zetes, and AEPi

You will have a good experience simply by being in the greek system. Join a house you fit in with the most, not "top houses", unless you fit in there the most. rankings always have the possibility to change too.

Yeah the rankings change more than you would think. Zetes was middle tier last year.
