greek system and institutionalized racism?

Let's be honest - looking at composites of top fraternities/sororities, you will primarily see white people. This might be a generalization but in the greek system (and society) white is synonymous with attractive. Thoughts?

I'm not gonna say it's a causal relationship, but there's definitely a correlation. Thetas are white as heck. Zetes are pretty diverse and top though. Not sure.
