how do non rich kids get frat dues taken care of?

It's really comparable to the dorms price wise, but I know some houses do payment plans, I don't think they do scholarships too often

If you're even remotely close to middle class you can afford your house bill. Honestly most frat guys aren't rich, a lot are, but not all.
