Don't know too much about it life but why is Alpha Omicron Pi considered a bottom-tier sorority? And ZTA and other houses as well - what qualifies them as a "lower-tier" house?

Houses are considered bottom tier because during FFR they end up having last pick of girls. When girls go through FFR with a blank slate and no knowledge of this website or rankings they are generally the least desirable. As a result these houses end up less attractive.

for AOP, they just became a chapter last year, so it makes perfect sence that their bottom
