So many fraternities throw parties together? And do people from one fraternities ever go to other fraternities parties? Or do they mostly keep to themselves/not let other fraternities into their parties?

If you have friends in a house you can get put on the guest list. Otherwise, no you can't go to their parties. And some houses like AEPi and Sigma Chi tend to party together but mostly there's no real set fraternities that only party with other fraternities.
