Can't really think of any good PC14's right now, but I loved Kappa Delta's bid day theme cause I love the Beatles.

KDs bid day theme was sick. Kappas was kinda cool as grease. DGs was like hawk themed so their shirts were pretty cool.

KDs have a great PC14, ADPi had a decent one. Other than that, most of the houses didn't really improve/went downwards
