houses on the rise
by: InterestedWhich fraternities/sororities are genuinely on the rise? All I see on this thread is hate so I wanted to see some positive thoughts.

I would say DG, and Tridelt for Soroities
Fraternity wise, I would say Theta Chi has been steadily rising, SAE has been rising fairly well, and I would say Pikapps have been doing very well for themselves as clearly evident by the ratings they've been getting. I would say Zetes and Alpha Delts but they're frats that have "risen" to top tier.

If anything, A Phi's is falling. Alpha Delts is already a top house and Phi Delts isn't really rising that much because no one knows them

I agree with every house you said is rising except for Phi Delts. Nobody really knows who they are. I've walked girls home past their house and they literally never have parties.
