I agree, pretty solid list. There could be some change in Fiji though I don't know if they're really number 1.

Fiji seem to be really nice, but they are a little awkward. I'm just curious if the house is a house that attracts a lot of rich families. Totally a plus to being rich, nothing wrong with that, but just curious.

Fiji absolutely attracts the guys with money, you have to know someone in the house or an alumnus very well to even be considered for a rush tour. That being said I hated my rush tour there and am extremely glad I didn't end up there. That being said they are the frat that probably has the most successful alumni in the Seattle area and I know a few people who got six figure jobs after graduation just because of the connections the house will provide you.

Solid list for the most part, but I'd definitely move DU down since they lost half of their PC.

Phi delts and phi pools should be above delts and DU.

Told their pledges they were a top house when really they are just mediocre at best. Dudes can chill but not much else.

No, I think those houses are in the right spots! Theta Chi might be a spot higher though.

Alpha Delts and Zetes are pretty much interchangable. Theta Chi is also better than TDX

Pretty solid list. I'd put AEPi ahead of Pi Kapps though. I live in 19th and I've noticed that AEPi really pulls a lot of hot girls. I also know some of them personally and they're all really chill.
