In their tiers (label them how you want) and then ALPHABETICALLY within tiers (because the minor details don't matter):

Top:
Gamma Phi Beta, Kappa Alpha Theta, Kappa Delta, Pi Beta Phi

Low top/high middle:
Alpha Phi, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Gamma, Kappa Kappa Gamma

Middle:
Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Gamma Delta, Chi Omega

Low Mid/High Bottom:
Delta Zeta, Zeta Tau Alpha

Bottom:
Alpha Epsilon Phi, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Xi Delta, Sigma Kappa
