Alpha Delts and GPhi
I thought Fiji and Theta but the comment above implies otherwise

Phi Delts' sister houses are DG and DZ. It's an official thing.

They might be Nationally, but not at UW... lol, DGs rarely hangout with PhiDelts

APhis and Zetes are close.
ADPi, DG and PhiPsis are close.
AGD and Pikes are close
TriDelts and SigEps are close
AChiO hangs out with DChi quite a bit

So these so far are mostly wrong/just have no basis/are bottom tier frats trying to make themselves look good. Here's how things really are as far as I know:
Fiji - Theta
Beta - Pi Phi (They'll be back in spring so everyone STFU about them being done)
Alpha Delt - G Phi
Sigma Chi - Kappa
Pi Kapp (might be tke, not completely sure on this one) - KD

Not really sure about the rest but they're pretty irrelevant in my book.

In my experience KDs tend to lead more towards Tekes rather than PiKapps

Pi Phi - Beta
G Phi - Alpha Delts
Kappa - Sigma Chi
KD - Pi Kapps or Tekes?
Tri Delt - Sig Ep?
DG - Chi Psi
AGD - Pike
A Phi - Zetes
ADPi - Phi Psi or A Sigs?
AChiO - Theta Chi or D Chi?

DGs aren't really a sister house with ChiPsi some of them like to go over there but I wouldn't say they're like exclusive/majority they're kind of all over the place. The only houses I would consider "Sister" houses are APhi, Thetas, Pi Phi, G Phi, Kappa, and KD.
