explain the rankings

Sigma Chi, Fijis, Zetes, Alpha Delts, Tekes, AEPi, PiKapps, Chi Psi, D-CHI, SIGEPS, A-SIGS

Every says these are relevant houses, but why? Can someone give me a sentence on what each house is about or why they are cool/not cool?

ch and exclusive with a top house(Theta), Zetes are pretty athletic, have dope parties, Alpha Delts have gphis as a sister house and good top house connections, Aepi kicks it with Sigmachi and tekes, pi kappa are "nice/goodkid" guys and good placement with KD being their sister house, Chi psi is far but have pretty attractive nice dudes who party, D-chi has chill dudes but the pool is the main pull honestly, sigeps are alright/parties aren't spectacular/pretty mid, a-sigs have been partying more and are pretty chill/white aha

First part: Sigma Chi and Tekes rage hard. Fiji are pretty rich and exclusive with theta

There are definitely more relevant houses than DChi not listed here.
