How are SAE's parties? Feel like they have a dope house but do they use it well?

I LOVE SAE. They are a great house to go to for kick backs or ads.

they got used by zetes, fijis and whoever for that halloween party cause they needed a big enough place. Solo parties and biads and stuff are rough. VERY mixed bag of guys.

They "party" with the top tier houses because every top tier house uses them only for their party room. The guys are either really weird or really cool - no in between. Not sure how I feel about PC 14. It's hard to tell if they're rising because they're the joke of the GS but they get used so much by other houses.
