What's the general reason as to why girls get cut from recruitment?? Like personality, attractiveness, grades, style, weight, etc. I know a majority of girls end up joining a sorority, but what about those who got dropped/cut (and didn't drop rush themselves)

Looks play a small factor, but being hot won't get you in a house. Personality plays the biggest role by far.

That is true, some of the most stuck-up, yet unattractive girls are in top house. Some of the sweetest, yet very attractive girls are in bottom houses.
