I just got initiated but I am not happy with the school I chose. Would thetas here accept transfers?

it depends on whether you fit the chapter or not. If your theta chapter is extremely different from UW's, you can't count on that to get you in. if you're good looking, rich, confident and from a top tier theta chapter then you're in.
