theta chi, phi delt, and phi psi are top houses in a different way. As in those are the guys that command respect for being good guys, have the best grades, and are hot/fun.

Sigma Nu is full of good guys as well, but I don't know enough about them to say they are a top house in that way.

Yea if anything its more like big 8 now cause tekes, sigma chi and fijis are hardly the absolute top these days if we're going off of the total package.
