So WHY does it matter if you rush as a sophomore instead of freshman? Does a year really make a difference??

I'm also rushing as a sophomore and it's not a big deal. You can tell some chapters kiiiind of care but honestly it really doesn't matter, just have fun with the process and they will love you for who you are and not your school year status.

Makes a difference after round 2 (house tours). A lot of sophomores who were invited back to the "top" houses cut many sophomores for that round. And there were many girls who rushed this year so we had to cut more girls than last year!
