What is the difference between a "mid tier" frat and a "top tier" frat?

Tiers are stupid as hell.... Its all opinion. There are some bottom houses though that really are a bit of a step down, but for the most part, dont listen to the tiers.

A lot of people consider houses 'top' because of money or looks, but there are tons of mid tier houses that throw better parties, and for the most part are more attractive because they're down to earth and chill.

Alot of the top houses can be kind of awkward and full of themselves.
Its all opinion though honestly!

Basically a party at a top tier house is going to have a lot more people, a bigger house and a lot more alcohol to fuel the party. Mid tier houses have everything the top tier houses have to a lower degree... hence the term "mid" and not top.

Not true at all. I've been to parties at upper mid-tier fraternities who parties were 5x better than those at top-tier ones!! I'm sure if you asked most other sisters, they'd all agree... it all depends!
