first week of being in sorority

I know we move in a week early before school starts, but what do we do during that week? Are we not allowed to party until silly week?

We (Frats) will serenade you guys (all of the sororities), and then I think you girls will be able to party by the end of that week... I know there are some houses (including mine) that are throwing their first parties of the year on that Friday before school starts.
