The biggest tip I can give you is don't believe anything you read on websites or things you've heard people gossip about. Recruitment is finding the best possible house for yourself. Allow yourself to go in with an open mind and come in with certain things you know you want to have in a sorority. Whether that be grades, campus involvement, sisterhood, whatever it is, be sure to ask questions about the things that matter most to you. Don't get caught up in stereotypes or rumors, make your own decisions and ultimately trust that everything works out, because as crazy as it might seem, it really does.

^^ agree wholeheartedly with this person. Be yourself!! Try not to be nervous because honestly it's more nerve-wracking being on the other side. We are probably more nervous than you, especially sophomores who haven't done this before. Trust your gut. Also, if you feel particularly nervous waiting to go into a "top house" later in the week (open house day that's normal) because you want to impress them, that's not your house. Keep in mind at the end of the week you're living with these girls and will be for 4 years. You don't want to feel like you need to impress girls 24/7 for the entirety of your college years.
