FOR PEOPLE CONCERNED ABOUT "TOP TIER"

Top houses for girls (not in order): GPhi, KD, APhi, Theta, Kappa, PiPhi, DG, Tridelt, AChiO.

Top houses for boys (not in order): Alpha Delts, Betas, Zetes, Tkes, AEPi, Sigma Chi, Fiji, ChiPsi, Pi Kapps, DChi.

DO NOT LET THE ORDER FOOL YOU. Join any of these houses and you'll have a "top house" experience with lots of grab-a-dates and partying. But even if you join a house not listed, you will have a GREAT next 4 years. Find the house that fits you.

The big 4 for guys are Fijis betas sigma chi and tkes. Big 4 for girls are KD gphi pi phi and thetas. If I had to add one more frat/sorority to each list it'd be alpha delt & kappa. They'd probably be higher if they lived on 17th but their brother/sister houses (g phi & sigma chi) are in big 4. There ya go

Definitely Asigs of Dchi. But I would leave chi psi and not put TDX there
