FOR PEOPLE CONCERNED ABOUT "TOP TIER"

Top houses for girls (not in order): GPhi, KD, APhi, Theta, Kappa, PiPhi, DG, Tridelt, AChiO.

Top houses for boys (not in order): Alpha Delts, Betas, Zetes, Tkes, AEPi, Sigma Chi, Fiji, ChiPsi, Pi Kapps, DChi.

DO NOT LET THE ORDER FOOL YOU. Join any of these houses and you'll have a "top house" experience with lots of grab-a-dates and partying. But even if you join a house not listed, you will have a GREAT next 4 years. Find the house that fits you.

This list is pretty warped

In reality the big houses for guys are
Fiji Sigma chi Teke and Beta

For girls the 4 sororities are
Theta Pi Phi KD and G Phi

The rest are "good" houses but are not top tier.

Totally agree: Alpha Delts, Pi kapps and Zetes cannot be rated anywhere near the other big 4 fraternities. They dont throw as many parties or have as difficult of pledge quarters. They aren't top houses they are good. Alpha Delts specifically just came back after getting kicked off campus. Zetes has no support since their nationals are terrible and Pi kapps has had its share of accidents..... As for sororities those 4 sororities party with the big 4 fraternities thats all that needs to be said

hahaha a phi and a chi o are deffs not top houses, and trident shouldn't be on that list either after last years pledge class

I'd agree with this, all these houses may not be top but they're in the top part of the greek system (except maybe a chi o) and will give you the best greek experience socially. Good luck with rush everyone :)

Top houses are the most socially active the hardest to get bids in and the ones that generally have the strongest legacies on campus.

For guys this is Beta, Sigma Chi , Teke , and Fiji

Alpha Delts is a poor mans beta, Pi kapps struggles at being an imitation of at op house, Zetes tries to be very socially active but doesn't come close to Sig Chi or Teke.

For girls the 4 top are Pi Phi, Theta, KD and Gphi
