alpha delts, phi pools, delts

I am actually in a house that is close with all three of those houses you are talking about, especially Alpha Delts, and they are all chill in some way. Alpha Delts actually has a lot of homies in there, they're all really chill and most girls love them.
Delts is pretty cool as well, they kind of do their own thing, but throw the foam party which is one of the biggest parties of the year. They're a pretty good party house overall.
Phi Pools is on the come up but I wouldnt say they're quite there yet. Overall though, the bros in there are cool.

It all comes down to where you feel most comfortable, because you have to live there for your college tenure. Remember, don't decide a house based just off of parties and girls, as long as you have solid game, you'll mostly pull girls in any one of these houses, and they all can throw good parties (especially alpha delts and Delts).

Id also check out PhiPsi and PiKapps, they're both a hella cool bunch of chillers as well.

Delts has a really nice/clean house that is undergoing renovations, but nobody goes there aside from the foam party. They have some cool guys, but the weirdos in that house highly outnumber the normal ones. For some weird reason they don't allow live ins. If you want a nice house, delts is a good choice, not great brotherhood or parties though. They offer academic scholarships which is really nice though.

Phi Pools has another clean/nice house, but they get used for their pool during the summer. The pool is useless for most of the year though.

Don't really know anything about Alpha Delts. Never rushed there and don't really know many guys there.
