Can girls that go to UW Bothell rush the sororities at UW Seattle?

No you can't rush here. Totally different universities, well branch. If you manage to transfer to uw-seattle then yes you're able to rush here.

Do people not even look at the Panhellenic website? This is answered in the first questions on the FAQ page. And I quote "In order to go through recruitment you have to be a fully matriculated student on the Seattle campus."

So no, UW Bothell students cannot go through recruitment.
