Zetes has one and you have to stay in it for your whole first year. Sweet house, this is honestly the only thing keeping me from signing.

If you don't sign to a house becuse they have a sleeping porch, you have it backwards... Had some of my best memories on the porch. That's where brotherhood (and love) is made
