pairing

Can someone explain what sorority/frat pairing is (and which houses are paired up)? I read something about that on a previous post.

All frats/sororities have a brother/sister house. For some it is a nationally a thing and for others it is just at UW. It really just depends on the house..
For example, GPhi and Alpha Delts are known to always hangout as they are brother/sister house. These pairings don't make any frats exclusive though.
